• All entrants must be aged 18 and over and the phone owner if entering by text
• Not open to employees and the families of Perfect Pizza Limited, Perfect Pizza franchisees or anyone professionally connected to the promotion
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion
• You may enter as many times as you like, but each entry must be made by a separate text message, email or postal entry
• The maximum cost of any text is 25p plus your standard operator charge
• Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• Prizes are not exchangeable, or transferable and cannot be taken as cash
• No liability is accepted for lost, mislaid or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines
• Details of the winners name and country will be available from perfectpizza.co.uk
• Promoter may request winner to participate in publicity
• The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to, indirect or inconsequential loss) arising from personal injury or death or loss of, or damage to property which is suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or prize, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.
