Recently Perfect Pizza has been bought back by a team led by Perfect Pizza’s original MD, Tony Sherriff, who emphasises the importance of Perfect Pizzas ‘Great Taste, Great Value’ promise. As a franchise I have already noticed a difference since Tony came back as menus have been changed, we have received financial incentives on product, and a bigger spend on marketing. The new concept store design is also nearly complete, which means that Perfect Pizza is going from strength to strength. I am now a proud owner of of 8 Perfect Pizza franchisee with plans to expand further. "

- Great operations leads to success. Always deliver on time so make sure you have enough ataff and drivers
- Be fleaxible and know your locality, be prepared to alter your business approach to suit the area that you are working from - different techniques work in different places
- Operating a franchisee is not a 9-5 job. It can be an incredibly rewarding experience if you are prepared to devote yourself totally to the business
